If there are significant adjusted p-values (< 0.05), then box plots of the corresponding signatures are shown below.  If no significant adjusted p-values are found, then signature box plots corresponding to significant unadjusted p-values (< 0.05) are displayed.  This is denoted by the subtitle for each plot.
This progression free survival analysis stratifies patients by mutation status and looks for signatures that are differentially associated with survival between each group. This summary page provides the patient level score for each signature that is associated with survival, but does not present the hazard ratios which show how each signature is associated with survival of each group.  In this demo, there were 2 signatures that are associated with longer survival IDO and IFN gamma. 

The hazard ratios for each signature's association with progression free survival (for the entire cohort and Kaplan Meyer curves stratified by subtype) can be seen on the Progression Free Survival tab.
